Activities & Services

Monthly Educational Programs assist in improving contractor management skills that are necessary to conduct business more effectively and efficiently. The Licensed Roofing Contractor Program increases consumer protection and secures the public confidence in the roofing industry by elevating the roofing contractor’s and manager’s knowledge, skills and professionalism through voluntary self-regulation. Licensing is presently available for commercial and residential roofing contractors and company managers. Government Relations Programs keep members informed of important legislative proposals and administrative agency activities.

Membership Classifications

CONTRACTOR MEMBERSHIP $250/YR:

Any established roofing and/or waterproofing contractor whose principal business has been roofing and/or waterproofing contracting for a minimum of two years shall be eligible for membership.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER $350/YR:

Any individual proprietor, partnership, or corporation composed of manufacturers and/or suppliers of materials, products or services used by the Contractor member; architects and consultants shall be eligible for Associate Membership.

Requirements

  • The principal business of applicants for Contractor membership must have been roofing and/or waterproofing for at least two years.

  • Application for membership must be accompanied by payment of the annual dues.

  • New member applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.

  • Applications are approved on a monthly basis. If your application is not approved, your money will be refunded.
